P90X Reviews– Day 90, Pictures and Measurements

Well I have completed P90X.  I can’t believe it is over, makes me sad.  I stuck with the program, but didn’t follow the diet plan. Perhaps that is why my results aren’t as dramatic, but I am not much of a dieter. I still gained a lot of muscle tone and was able to firm up the areas that needed work from my pregnancies. I loved doing the workouts and will probably still continue to incorporate some of them into my daily workouts.  My main goal really wasn’t to lose any weight, but to tone up and I think I accomplished that. I actuallly ended up putting on a few pounds, but I am hoping that is muscle since I didn’t eat any different than I did before starting P90X.  I am starting Insanity now which will be a 60 day program. I am excited to it since it is all cardio and no weights. I am excited  to see what results I will get from doing this program. Continue to follow my results as I do Insanity. Here are my final day 90 P90X pics.

Here are my FINAL measurements:

Weight: 109 lbs

Waist: 26″

Chest: 30.5″

Left Arm: 10″

Right Arm: 10″

Leg Leg: 17.5″

Right Leg: 17.5″

Hips: 33.5″

So comparing my starting measurements to my final measurements”

 * Lost an inch in my waist

* Gained half inch in legs

* Arms stayed same

* Gained inch in chest

* Gained 3 lbs (hopefully muscle)

 I can really see how much I toned everything up in my pictures. My butt looks lifted and higher, my stomach looks alittle more toned,  and my back looks more muscular. I can also see a difference in my legs when I flex them and with my shoulders. I am happy with my results and can’t wait to see what other results I can get with Insanity.  I am planning on doing P90X:MC2 when it comes out next year too!  Keep following my blog cause I am gonna continue to BRING IT!

P90X Review–Day 75 Pictures and Measurements

Well we are 75 days in our P90X workout. Can’t believe it is almost over, makes me sad!  I have seen a difference in all areas of my body and I am more toned now than I have ever been. After having 2 kids, my body really needed this. Here are my pictures:

Weight: 108.5 lbs

Waist: 26″

Hips: 33.5″

Chest: 30″

Right Arm: 10″

Left Arm: 10″

Right Leg: 18″

Left Leg: 18″

  So again, I have not seen drastic changes with my measurements, but I have gained tons of muscle.  My legs and arms have stayed about the same, but I do some som definition in them now.I haven’t been able to check my body fat % lately, so I am not sure where I am at with that. I am sure it is near the same from where I started or alittle below that.  My waist dropped an inch and my weight is up a little from when I started. My weight always fluctuates, so this is normal for me. I am not following the diet (even though I should be), so if I had been, I probably would have seen some better results. I don’t eat bad, but I tend to pick off my kids who tend to indulge in some “unhealthy” foods.  I love doing P90X though and I think it is a awesome workout. It will soon be time for final photos!

P90X Review–Day 60, Pictures and Measurements

Well I have been doing P90X now for 60 days. I can’t believe it has been that long.  I have gotten a lot stronger and have formed lots of muscle which I did not have when I started this program. I am having so much fun doing it and can’t believe the end is near. I can see a difference in my legs, back and abs.  Here are my day 60 pictures:

Right Arm: 9.5″

There haven’t been any drastic changes in my pictures or measurements, but I can really feel how toned my body has become.  I was already in pretty good shape when I started, so I just needed to tone and that is exactly what this program has done for me. I wasn’t really looking to lose any weight, I just wanted to get rid of some of the “baby” fat that was leftover from my pregnancies. I am loving my results and looking forward to what the end is going to bring.

P90X Review–Day 45, Pictures and Measurements

Well I am half way through with P90X!  I am having a blast doing it and loving all the new muscle that I am building.  I can feel and see the results.  Here are my day 45 pictures:

Weight: 108.5 lbs.

Waist: 26.5″

Hips: 34″

Chest: 31″

Left Arm: 10″

Right Arm: 10″

Left Leg: 18″

Right Leg: 18.5″

There really haven’t been many changes since last time I took pictures and measurements. I gained another half pound and a half inch in my right leg.  I can really see changes in my butt, legs and back for sure. I do feel tighter and stronger all around. I would like to see a bigger change in my stomach, but after 2 kids, I am sure that will take the whole 90 days!  This has been a great workout to get toned and since I already can feel how much tighter I am getting, I can’t wait to see what the last 45 days will bring!

P90X Review—Day 32 Pictures and Measurements

Well I am 32 days into my P90X workout and so far it is going great. I can see a difference in some areas of my body.  I am gaining more muscle in my back, legs and stomach.  My weight is not really going anywhere. I have gained a couple pounds, but my body usually is up and down all the time anyway.  I am really enjoying doing these workouts and I can’t believe I am almost half way into it.  Here are updated pictures and measurements:

Body Fat: 11%

Weight: 108 lbs

Chest: 31 ”

Waist: 26.5

Right Arm: 10″

Left Arm: 10″

Hips: 34″

Right Leg: 18″

Left Leg: 18″

I have seen improvements in the following areas:

* Gained another inch to my Chest

* Lost half inch to waist

  Again I gained another pound, but I am gaining a lot of muscle, so I am hoping it is from that.  I am surprised that I haven’t gained any inches in my arms because I seem to use them a lot for all of the exercises, but I am sure that will come over time.  Overall, I am satisfied with my results. I knew there weren’t going to be any dramatic changes yet, but I am just glad to be finally getting toned!
