Insanity Review–Day 49, Off/Fit Test

Today was my Insanity off day, so I decided to do the fit test so that I didn’t have to do it combined with a workout tomorrow.
I was able to beat my numbers from last time by a few. I really didn’t think I was going to be able to beat them. I had
done so well the last time that I didn’t think there would be room for improvement, but somehow I found some. Here are
my day 50 fit test results

I think I mad a pretty good improvement on my numbers this time. I was quite proud of myself. I even was able to beat my globe jump score by 1.  That really made me excited.  Now, how am I gonna beat my numbers on day 63. I am gonna have to really push myself these last 2 weeks!  Check back for my final results!

Insanity Workout–Day 48, Core Cardio and Balance

Today I decided to do a 4 mile run instead of doing Insanity Core Cardio and Balance. I liked this dvd when I did it
in recovery week, but I really miss going for my everyday runs, so when I have slower days, I think I will be sticking
to running.

Insanity recap–Day 47, Max Conditioning and Cardio

What a great Insanity workout today. It is tough, but the half hour of straight cardio really gets your heart rate up. With my
heart monitor on, mine was up to about 180.  I really pushed myself today and tried to get the best workout that I could.
I still don’t like the football drills or the suicide jumps. My legs were on fire by the the end of the workout. 

I enjoyed doing cardio abs today. I am getting better at staying in the C-sit position longer before I have to take a break. I feel like it really works your abs well and I like the little bit of cardio at the beginning that doesn’t even feel like you are working the abs, but you really are.

Insanity blogs–Day 46, Max Recovery

Today I did a 4 mile run instead of doing the Insanity Max recovery. I love running. I still haven’t tried this
max recovery dvd. If I had more time in the day and no children then I would try to do this dvd and run, but I just can’t
fit all that in.

Insanity trainings–Day 45, Max Interval Plyo

Oh the glorious day of pushups. I am getting better with all the pushups, but there are still just way too many of them.
My back and arms are so much stronger from them, but they are shaking and burning by the end of this dvd. I ended up having to do some of the them on my knees because my arms were just ready to give out.  This is my least favorite Insanity workout, but I know I need to do it to continue to get these great results.
